Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge left Kensington Palace with Prince George and four-day-old Princess Charlotte on May 6, 2015 in London, England to retreat to their country home. William and Kate headed out of London with their new baby and her one-year-old brother Prince George as they made their way on the 115-mile journey to Anmer Hall, their bolt-hole in Norfolk. They will spend the first few weeks of the princess's life in their refurbished Georgian mansion, on the Queen's private Sandringham estate, as they get to grips with looking after both a newborn and toddler. The Duchess's parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, are expected to be house guests for the next week or so as they help Kate look after her two children and giving her a chance to escape with the Duke for walks with their dog, Lupo.
