Appointment was organised by Rehabilitation of Addicted Prisoners Trust. The Duchess is a patron of Action On Addiction. The Duchess wore a dress from The Fold London, Kiki McDonough earrings, Jimmy Choo shoes and carried a Hobbs clutch bag.
